We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Fabric Division) to join our Sales & Marketing team in Jalpaiguri. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of fabrics and excellent communication skills. 

You will act as a bridge between clients, sales teams, and internal departments, ensuring smooth operations, timely order processing, and high customer satisfaction.

Position: Sales Coordinator (Fabric Division)

Location: Jalpaiguri, West Bengal

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting to: Sales Manager / Senior Management

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 6 months – 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales activities between clients, sales teams, and internal departments.

• Assist Jalpaiguri customers with fabric types, quality, and specifications.

• Handle inquiries, provide product details, and arrange fabric samples.

• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and follow up on pending orders and payments.

• Support the sales team with quotations, purchase orders, and client communications.

• Ensure timely responses to client queries and issues.

• Assist in exhibitions, client visits, and promotional events.

• Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline and from Jalpaiguri WB (Textile / Fashion / Marketing preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

• Prior experience in sales support, merchandising, or textile industry is an advantage.
