We are hiring Field Sales Executives to visit local shops in Shillong and onboard merchants for digital payment solutions. 

This is a fixed salary role with attractive incentives, travel allowance, and insurance benefits. Candidates will work in the field and interact directly with Shillong retailers.

Key Responsibilities as PhonePe jobs in Shillong:

• Visit 15–20 shops daily in assigned market areas
• Sell 2–3 sound boxes or payment solutions per day
• Plan and schedule daily Shillong local market visits for lead generation
• Onboard new retailers for digital payment services
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to merchants
• Deploy QR codes, POS machines, sound boxes, and payment tools
• Visit existing merchants and resolve any issues
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights
• Ensure merchant satisfaction and long-term retention

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in field sales job in Shillong or in any city of Meghalaya can apply
• Education: Any qualification - Jobs for 12th Pass and above
• Age: 18 to 40 years
• Gender: Male candidates only

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹21,000 CTC per month
• Incentives: Provided
• Travel Allowance (TA): ₹2,500 – ₹4,000 per month (petrol)
• Insurance: Provided by company
