We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager from Yamuna Nagar to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and expand relationships with high-net-worth customers, ensuring excellent service delivery while achieving business growth objectives.

This role involves sourcing new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting a range of bank products and services.

Job Title: Relationship Manager – High Net Worth Individuals (HNI)

Location: Yamuna Nagar Haryana

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: Competitive (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new and expand existing relationships with high-net-worth customers of Yamuna Nagar,
Source new customers through individual efforts and acquisition channels.
Cross-sell banking products to existing Yamuna Nagar branch customers.
Inform customers about new products or enhancements to deepen relationships.
Plan and conduct sales initiatives and events for both prospective and current clients.
Maintain complete and up-to-date relationship records for assigned customer accounts.
Track and resolve customer complaints/queries within the defined turnaround time to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other group companies to provide customers with seamless access to additional products and services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or
Postgraduate with 1–3 years of relevant experience

Key Skills:

Strong customer orientation.
High energy and drive.
Locality knowledge of Yamuna Nagar areas,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage relationships and achieve business targets
